How might we improve how we hear from God? Consider today’s Holy Nougat

“And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he created the universe.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭1‬:‭2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Hearing God: From the Dawn of Creation

Ultimately, it’s all about God’s Word.

Speaking Creation into being; appraising prophets and kings of Gods covenant, expectations and response; and becoming human to dwell with us. As God’s Word, Jesus ought to be worshipped, and also listened to.

In affirming Jesus as The Living Word, we ought to recognize that God existed at Creation and created the universe. That means that as God’s Word, Jesus also existed at our individual beginnings and is privy to all we are and were. As Creator, there is nothing new under the Son, placing Him in the perfect place to provide direction and support . And remember, Jesus is only a prayer away.
