Today, we’re focusing on a text which had been sent directly to my heart long before today’s newscasts. It is my prayer that it will minister to your heart in a very profound way.

Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour 1 Peter 5:8
A few days ago when we savored this nougat, we crafted a battle plan for our enemy, the devil. This time around we’re concentrating on understanding our enemy’s modus operandi.
First of all, we recognize that the enemy is on the prowl. So, we are being hunted by one who is serious about plotting our defeat. For the devil, it doesn’t matter that the war is already lost, the aim is to eliminate us during the battle.
We know this battle is serious, because lions roar when agitated or hungry. In either case, the devil’s plan does not bode well for our future.
But, we recognize that the devil is acting LIKE a lion on the go. The devil is NOT a lion. Matter of fact, the devil is NOT THE lion; that is: The Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah. And if the devil is NOT the lion, then we are assured that The Lion has got us covered.
Think about it
The Conquering Lion of the Praise vs a wannabe lion preoccupied with warmongering. The choice is clear. However, I only really have the wherewithal to speak for myself. This is one that each of us has to work out for ourselves
