Here’s today’s nougat
And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean. 2 Kings 5:10
There’s yet another element to Elishah’s action that ought to be considered. It is important to note that he was not operating out of arrogance. Rather, it was total confidence in the authority vested in him as a prophet of El Elyon. If you were to read verses 7-8, you would note Elisha”s fearlessness before the king. For he KNEW that God was in the details.
So here’s the question for us … Are WE as Christians walking in the authority that God has vested upon us through Jesus Christ? We are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus
