Hello

Ever had a moment that left you overwhelmed? The Bible offers us a perspective on that also.

Here’s today’s nougat

Hear my cry o Lord, attend unto my prayer; from the end of the earth will I cry unto you. When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61.1-2

Isn’t it comforting to know that God is there at that rock, upon the pinnacle, reminding us of God’s vested interest in our welfare?

One artiste popularized the concept, saying

We take comfort in knowing God who monitors Mt Everest is capable of taking care of us.
