Here’s our Holy Nougat™ for today
The moment you began praying, a command was given. And now I am here to tell you what it was, for you are very precious to God. Listen carefully so that you can understand the meaning of your vision. Daniel 9:23 NLT
Now that we’ve prayed, what?
i – Our prayer releases the DIRECTIVE to our deliverance, to our breakthrough ACCORDING to God’s plan for our lives. In short, God’s answer does not necessarily mimic our expectations of the response.
ii – Although the directive is given in response to our prayers, we might not see the prayer answered right away.
iii – It is possible for us to misunderstand God’s answer to our prayer
iv – There are times when the Lord will send an explanation about the way forward in relation to God’s plan for our lives
v – God desires the very best for us. We are very PRECIOUS to God. This is critical in our understanding of God’s purpose and plan.
Isn’t it a joy to know that even when our prayers seem to bounce, that God has long ago heard us, dispatched an answer and send an explanation in the cases where God’s plans might be misconstrued?
