Here’s today’s Holy Nougat™

Who is wise and understanding among you? let him show by his good life his works in meekness of wisdom. James 3.13

They call him MaCGyver. It seems to be a spiritual gift, and that’s because it is. There’s hardly any intervention that doesn’t get resolved, whether manual, mental or even menial. He sees beyond the now to the implications for later. He is souled out to Christ and credits God for his knowledge beyond books.

Wisdom doesn’t boast or brag. It seeks resolution beyond its borders. It looks at the implications for later of now actions and activities. It’s never solely for one person’s benefit, but blesses the wider community.

Wisdom is a spiritual gift, we simply have to ask for it.
