So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17 NKJV
Have you ever thought of the other side of prayer? The season of listening for God’s voice? Choosing to hear from the Lord as per God’s choice and not our own agendas? The boy Samuel knew the Word, but did not wholly recognize God’s voice. Saul was zealous for God’s voice and was blinded by the majesty of God’s awesomeness, Jonah knew God’s voice, but preferred to ignore the call for as long as possible. But what of 21st century conversation partners? What about you and me? Are we familiar with THE Word of God, and the Word WHO IS God? Perchance by faith we might hear His Voice and respond?
Now that we are actively listening for God’s call, might we be the ones whom God sends next
