Blessed day to you

I pray God’s peace prevails in all you do.

Here’s today’s nougat

And Elisha said unto her, “What shall I do for thee? tell me; what hast thou in the house?” And she said, “Thy handmaid hath not anything in the house, save for a pot of oil.” 2 Kings 4:2

Have you ever described your situation in this way;

“I have nothing; save for …”?

How often in our distress, do we suppose ourselves as being without resources? Could it be that we have been deluded into thinking about ourselves and our resources based on secular standards?

Today, the Lord asks each of us, “What shall I do for you?” What are we still going to focus on?

In Christ’s love and grace
