What spiritual gift are you operating in?

When he heard this, Jesus said, “This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God’s glory so that God’s Son may be glorified through it.” John 11:4 NIV
Many mainline denominations are not very supportive of the concept of spiritual gifts. And with some Pentecostal/Charismatic denominations seemingly prioritising the gift of glosalalia (tongues), many Christians hesitate to entertain the notion of spiritual gifts.
But what if It is for God’s glory? What if the gift we’re blessed with could save someone’s life? Many persons are drawn to ministers and ministries which evidence the miraculous, because they seek the revealed glory of God. Could it be that shying away is really dishonoring God?
Lord, please confirm and hone our gifts for your glory we pray in Jesus’s name amen.
