Nougat 26

There’s a song that my brother sings that warns my heart, while reminding me of Who God is. It speaks to God’s timelessness and grace – a powerful combination. When coupled with Today’s Holy Nougat, I think we see God’s splendor and be comforted by God’s grace and love.

“From eternity to eternity I am God. No one can snatch anyone out of my hand. No one can undo what I have done.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭13‬ ‭NLT‬‬

From Eternity To Eternity

When you consider all that you have learned in history, how far does it take you?

That point we arrived at was after the beginning! Because God was before that time. Do we remember that Genesis 1:1 teaches, ’ In the beginning God …’ ? That’s where our eternity began. And God was already there, loving and creating. A fulsome reading of Genesis 1 also reveals that our God had a plan, and put everything in place for us. That was no accident.

Now our chewy Nougat also says that we’re planned for, and are being carried by God through Life’s situations. In short, God won’t allow anyone to just take us away from God. The Creator of the universe, Who existed before time, loves us that much! As the song my brother sings says, ’Age to Age God stands’ I extend the idea to remind us that God stands for us – you and me.

Allow that to permeate our being. We can call on this Eternal God at any time. May this be our Hope throughout the weekend. From Eternity to Eternity, Our God is God and holds us firmly in God’s hands.
