I am back.
The season of rest and reflection was essential, providing the impetus to share with each of you as led by God’s Spirit. For those who reached out, for those who prayed, may you see the fruit of your prayers over time.
That being said, here’s Today’s Holy Nougat™

Persecution from a national leader on the grounds of religion seems to have been around from close to the beginning of time. And, knowing that persons have suffered and died does not necessarily mean that we truly know what our own reaction would be in advance.
The uncertainty notwithstanding, how might you respond if practicing our faith were outlawed under peril of death? Would such circumstances find us faithful?
And here we are, with none of the severe threats attached to sharing our faith, yet often, we shy away from doing so. But what if we knew there was one person whose life would be transformed because we choose to be obedient to God? And perhaps there is. Let’s not miss that opportunity while we still have the legal right to do so.
May God’s boldness be ours as we seek to share God’s Word to a lost and dying world.
