Hello my dears
How are you? As a matter of fact, where are you? To coin an old song, Do you know where you’re going to; do you like the things life is throwing you, where are you going to, do you know? Regardless of the response, I hope that today’s Holy Nougat and the reflection adds some clarity on the matter.
“Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, to the saints that are at Ephesus, and the faithful in Christ Jesus:”
Ephesians 1:1 ASV
Paul’s apostleship is not merely a title he assumes for himself. He understands his calling is divine. God-ordained and orchestrated. His role may not have begun quite the way he’d have planned, but he was where he was through God’s instigating. From bounty hunter to Bible thumping; not the suavest career shift. Especially since his previous bounty was Bible thumpers!
But what about our own call, are we as convinced that it is God-ordained? ? Are we thoroughly convinced that where we are aligns with God’s will? Are we divinely positioned? If yes, does the fruit reflect the claim? If no, isn’t it about time we walked in Purpose?
You see friends, time is upon us. We’re at the critical juncture (and always have been) where our talk needs to underscore our divinely appointed walk. On purpose. In Purpose. By God’s Purpose. Enough of the insecurities; if God has called us, then let us boldly walk and talk as we have been called! God is at the ready to equip us as necessary.
I pray that we are called, anointed, purposed, and positioned with Power and grace as befits the Redeemed of the Lord. Let’s walk in it!
In Christ’s love and grace . . .
