Here’s today’s nougat

Let’s consider the name given to The One who can open the Book.

Lion … Loyal, fiersome warriot

Royalty, territorial one

Judah … Praises to YHWH

Root (of David) descendant of … (Davidic lineage)

Thus, the One who is authorized to open the scrolls is a warrior, descended from David and an effective warrior.

Furthermore, the terms also speak to the prophecies of Genesis 49 and 2 Samuel 7, indicating that Jesus fulfils the prophecies.

And yet, this Jesus makes time for each of us

I thank God for the gift of Jesus.
