Claimed
This is our inheritance and established state when we call on and believe in Jesus Christ.
Yet so many of us still seem unaware of our status. We live like stateless, homeless people rather than in the confidence of our adoption and branding which guarantees our citizenship and our lineage.
No, it won’t get us certain earthly advantages or fandangles; but it does open doors and opportunities when and where we least expect.
No, it doesn’t prevent disappointment (or even disrespect); but we are guaranteed The Comforter (that is, the Holy Spirit) to guide us through the Valley and restore the joy of our salvation.
No, it isn’t power by world standards; but we have access to the Greatest Power of them all.
First tho, we believe; so that we might receive fullness of life in THIS season, no matter what we are faced with. The core question then is – Who (what) do we believe?
