By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. 2 Peter 1:3 NLT
Everything we need.
And yet, at times, it feels so inadequate and impossible. Is it that we fail to tap into the source? Or we take God’s awesome grace and vulnerability for granted, so much so that we lose sight of Who God is, who we are in Christ, and who God calls us to be?
We have the privilege of knowing God intimately – all we have to do is acknowledge the offer and work on our side of the relationship.
We have been called into a godly life … Life akin to God’s … Filled with the power and humility (and humiliation) our Creator and Saviour encountered in a regular basis … Marked by signs and wonders and sharing of the Faith which keeps and sustains us.
Time to believe what Jesus said,
Just live it!
