Tomorrow we hope to welcome a New Year with the rest of the world. As we approach it, let’s go to God in prayer.
Please pray with me …
God, thank You that You are the same God that led the Israelites. You are with me! You never forsake me. I can face any challenge without fear. Even the unknown. Especially the Year which unfolds in a few hours.
In reflecting on this past year, I can see Your handiwork in so many different ways. Thanks for being my succor and support. Thanks for keeping me going. Forgive those moments when I doubted You, when I allowed opinions of others to distract me from what’s important. I submit my life to Your will. I know You will lead me where you want me to go. And that it will all come together for good. Thank You.
Help me remember that You’re with me, so I need not seek help from others who don’t have Your capacity. Who don’t necessarily have my best interest or Your perfect will at heart. Guide me into Your peace I pray dear Y’shua, as I look to You, the Author and Finisher of my faith. Amen.
