Lord in Your mercy

Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord, neither was the word of the Lord revealed unto him. 1 Sam 3:7
Is there someone in our lives to whom the Word of the Lord has not yet been revealed? Is there someone in our lives who does not yet know the Lord?
What are we doing about it?
Its kinda scandalous that Hannah dedicated this child before he entered her womb, kept her promise to the Almighty, boarded/apprenticed him out with a priest, yet he did not know God.
I guess therein Lies the root of the old Caribbean saying, “Nearer to church, further from God”.
What’s stopping us from sharing God with others?
What about our lifestyles?
Salvation is God’s gift, God’s act through the Holy Spirit, SHARING OUR FAITH is our responsibility.
WE are the only bibles many read or choose to believe … how’s our witness coming along?
Lord, May our lives bear witness of the Power, the Truth, the (New) Life we received on accepting You. Help us to not be overbearing Christians, but may our lives be a clear, positive read for those who have never met You.
In Jesus’s name I pray, amen
