Our heads – transforming our thoughts
Shoulders – lifting away the burdens
Our loins – birthing God’s glory from us
Our feet – taking the peace as our daily mission
Our hearts – ensuring God’s peace dwells within ALWAYS
Now let us
breathe out the mess and busy-ness;
and
breathe in the awesomeness of God’s presence and Spirit

Lord Jesus
We choose to bask in Your rest today; no matter how harried; hurried and busy we are. Thank You for divine coverage and the assurance that You’re always here for us.
We breathe out the busyness and distractions as we breathe in Your all encompassing grace
