The irony of yesterday’s Nougat wasn’t lost on most of us – doubtful worship. It becomes more so in light of today’s Holy Nougat
“(for we walk by faith, not by sight);”
2 Corinthians 5:7 ASV
But, if we can praise through the doubts and fears, we come to the realization that it requires a faith free fall – trusting God in spite of whatever else is going on around us – to walk unseeingly according to God’s plan.
Having praised in the face of our doubts and fears, we find after a while that we are okay with facing lions, blazing furnaces, despotic leaders or internal skeptics. Especially when we KNOW Who we know we know.
Of course, walking according to a humanly unseen plan requires us willingly yielding to THE One Who is seeing and overseeing the entire journey. Not easy at all. But so totally worth it.
Let’s plan to do so with the little things first so it becomes a habit for all things.
But first we yield.
