Good morning
2018 is less than a week away. Thinking about what to do differently, here’s today’s Holy Nougat™
Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” Hebrews 13:5 NLT
Can you recall when God proved those words to be true? There are countless examples in the Bible, but what about when you or someone you know gave their all to God and God came through over, abundantly and exceedingly beyond they could have ever asked, hoped for or imagined? I do. There are such persons. Not an elite squad, but DEFINITELY a Faith-full group of persons for whom living in God’s favor is normative. Simply because we DARE to trust God. We give to the household of Faith, and God makes returns on our Faith investment exponentially – good measure, pressed down and overflowing – not only in our financial life but in all aspects.
Thinking about resolutions for 2018? Consider giving to your household of Faith. Invite the Lord to identify someone whose life you’re supposed to invest in, and follow through. Make it a secret between you and God, or keep the giving simple (remember God’s glory, not our own). Let’s try it, for January let’s devalue the role of money in our lives and replace it with Faith in God … Strengthening our time together reading the Word, praying and reflection, fellowship with saints, and by tithing/giving voluntarily to God’s ministry/first fruit giving … Watch for God’s mighty outpouring!
Remember to share your testimony with us!
God bless you, and let’s keep giving to God
In Christ’s love and grace . . .
