Nougat 27

Greetings my dears

How are you? Blessed and blessing, I hope. This past week (which actually ends tomorrow) has been filled with lessons about the little things which have great spiritual impact.

That’s one of the joys of being connected to God, there are life lessons in some of the unlikeliest places. Others may have that experience who are not believers in God; however I am reminded of Jesus teaching the disciples with sparrows, needle eyes, coins, sickness, storms, and bread among other ‘little’ things.

Maybe these lessons were there forever, or maybe my spirit is more teachable, or maybe it’s time to learn those little lessons, more importantly; I actually learned.

As you reflect on your life, in particular more recent times, I challenge you to consider whether God has gotten through to you in the little things? Not those which came from someone else explaining to you, but from an experience which to others may have been negligible for others yet profound. Additionally, I invite you to further consider how you have been blessed this week. And at some point, when overwhelm seems to be the way forward, I urge you to thank God for those moments and notice the shift to calm .

And so, may I offer you today’s Holy Nougat as a blessing regardless of how hectic your week/life has been –

“May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace.” Ephesians 1:2 NLT

Be blessed!

In Christ’s love and grace . . .
