Greetings my dears
Grace and peace to you, wherever you may be. What would it take for you to survive today? In fact let’s extend it and all what does it take to live today? And, when you answer be very individualistic. Take into consideration your physical, mental, intellectual, and material needs. Is the response one that could eventually be quantified? Why/not?
What are the influencers over your choices?
Is there anything that you might ‘if only’ in your current life, that you didn’t factor in when the calculations began.
(Quickly add it).
To what extent was your final choice of needs dependent on, or reflective of someone else’s possessions. Why/not? Was there any choice that was added on to prevent recurrence of a situation?
Please revisit your calculations and make any adjustment needed. Can you still quantity what it would take for you to live? (Rough estimate accepted) And how close are you to living the life you have quantified?
Given what it takes for you to live, what real contribution have you made to ensuring that you do live? How do we relate to those integral to our ability to live?
Something to ruminate on before digesting today’s Holy Nougat™
I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. Philippians 4:12 NLT
Do we truly know how to live?
In Christ’s love and grace . . .
