When trouble ketch man, pikney shut fit im! Thankfully, for most of us, trouble usually is contained to our own business.

Here’s today’s nougat

… for we cannot but speak the things which we saw and heard. Acts 4:20

A very strong response to instructions prohibiting speech about the gospel. One would think, that having just done prison time for the sake of the gospel, the disciples (now apostles) would be obedient. Nope, they were not compromising their faith standards.

Although most of us do not undergo direct religious persecution, we may also receive (thinly) veiled threats/warnings to compromise our Christian values, just this one time.

I pray that we are able to discern those moments and respond faithfully.
