Have you ever found yourself in a downward spiral regardless how hard you try to maintain your positive rhythm? For many of us, losing strength may seem to be the natural course of our existence. Here’s the good news encapsulated in today’s Holy Nougat™
He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name. Psalms 23:3 NLT
No matter how bad things are, God has the power to renew us. And truly, even when (I’d dare to suggest that Especially When) we’re feeling so absolutely alone and forsaken, God is at the ready, waiting to even the odds on our behalf, ready to turn things around. When it seems otherwise, there could be one or more factors at play. Then we might need to turn things around, by accessing God’s rejuvenating power.
Sometimes it requires that we become more aware. Or that our focus shifts away from ourselves. Or that we call on God for help. Sometimes others may call on God for us.
So here’s a point to ponder, if I’m on the wrong path and God gets no glory from my actions; who or what is leading me?
Lord please lead me in Your Right paths for your glory’s sake.
