Today’s Holy Nougat invites some serious reflection on trust –
“Trust in the Lord always, for the Lord GOD is the eternal Rock.” Isaiah 26:4 NLT
What is your testimony?
Can you recall a time when you had to trust God regardless of how it seemed. Probably your back was against the wall (or you were leaning on The Rock that is higher than high) and though it seemed like forever, God came through.
How did you feel – before, during and after? Why did you choose to trust God in the first place? And when you had put the faith in action; how was that wait? What about your response when God came through like only God can?
Did you share the testimony with others?
Why/(not)?
Now let’s fast forward to our present reality – having trusted God before so wholeheartedly; how’s the trust now? What has changed since that last time to influence how you feel?
May God’s grace sustain us as we learn to wait with patience as we trust in Our Rock!
