Have you ever taken stock of the innocence of a toddler prior to adult intervention? It’s a joy to behold, especially since they have few/no inhibitions. I believe the same could be said of the first couple. Here’s today’s Holy Nougat™

I can see it for myself:, the shock and worry removing what little joy they had previously. You know how it is when it finally dawns on you that you’re in biiiiigggg trouble.
Can you imagine having insider knowledge about something you took for granted and discovering the knowledge actually came at a cost?
And what about meeting with God when you’re conscious that you have sinned. Talk about stress!
So, time to take it home. Hoe as sin caught up with us, making us aware of or nakedness and uncomfortable about being in God’s presence? Does God have to search us out in the cool of the day, despite our long-standing arrangement to meet? Is there sin lurking around which needs urgent attention?
Heaven help us Lord. Thanks for joining us in our Divine feast.
