Years ago I joined countless others in watching the Box Office hit, The Pursuit of Happiness. Powerful movie. Have you ever gone on a quest for Joy? Today’s Holy Nougat™ offers a very profound solution:
Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.

Obedience and a Seeker’s heart, the perfect formula for Joy. Definitely not cooked up in any laboratory.
But what if I’m not “feeling” the joy? Time for an obedience check, yes. And perhaps to seriously go in pursuit of God. Not entirely impossible, especially since God desires to be found AND, touring to God realises even greater gains than that which we think we lost.
Without worrying about the next person’s joy levels, might I recommend that we get searching for our own joy. (It’s probably true that us having time to pursue someone else’s joy, indicates our inability to find our own.)
Then when we’ve found our own, let’s consider sharing the Source of our joy with other seekers.
