Sometimes, even when others have forgotten about your issues, you have to face the Lord. And, when we sense that God desires our attention, it’s time to drop everything and be still in God’s presence.
What is it that requires God’s intervention just now? What is God inviting you to address in this season?
In the verses which follow, Abraham spends quality time negotiating with God in an effort to redeem Lot and his family. The ministry of intercession also requires us spending quality time in God’s presence on behalf of another.
Is it time to be still in God’s presence? For whom? About which issues?
