Hello

What a season! Of death, murders, terrorism, identity theft and brutality! How do we pray, what do we say to the survivors – the family and loved ones of those who didn’t make it; and those who might feel guilty for still being alive.

Lord help us respond positively to your invitation, for there’s a great need for willing hands … Help us Lord Jesus

Here’s today’s Holy Nougat™

“This is amazing,” Moses said to himself. “Why isn’t that bush burning up? I must go see it.” Exodus 3:3 NLT

Sometimes God has plans for us which require garnering our attention in very engaging and timely fashion. Can you just see the Lord looking into the then present-future and determining that Moses would respond best to a Burning Bush? That Moses would feed the curiosity by investigating that unnatural phenomenon.

Likewise God’s been seeking our attention also, looking into the past-present AND our present future to assure our well-being. And, although it is not likely to be a Burning Bush, there might be a Burning Bush type of experience with our names upon it.

Would we succumb to curiosity like Moses, drawn to the wonder of the phenomenon special delivery? Or, in the interest of self-preservation, would we ignore God?

How willing are we to place our trust in God’s intervention?

Thanks for joining us.

In Christ’s love and grace . . .
