Hello,
Here’s today’s Holy Nougat™
He fell to the ground at Jesus’ feet, thanking him for what he had done. This man was a Samaritan. Luke 17:16 NLT
It was the outsider who fell at Jesus’ feet in gratitude. What happened to the nine homesters? Could it be that they took Jesus for granted? Or maybe they worried about what the religious elite would say.
Perhaps it was that those other nine lepers got caught up in celebrations. Maybe they couldn’t find Jesus, or felt a bit ashamed to go back to Jesus having waited a while to say thanks.
But let’s step away from the physical lepers for a while. What do you wish Jesus would heal on the inside or the outside of your body/life? Have you ever received healing from Jesus in the past? If yes, what was its impact on you mentally, emotionally and spiritually? As you reflect on Jesus’ transformational impact on your life, how would you show appreciation for all He has done/what you expect Him to do?
If your breakthrough hasn’t come as yet in this season of your life, might I encourage you to continue with the praises and to consider how you’ll get your hallelujah party going on.
Let the praises ring!
Thanks for joining in this Divine feast
In Christ’s love and grace . . .
