“But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.” Luke 5:16 NIV
That sounds almost impossible for the extroverted life. Leaving the hustle and bustle – in the peak of popularity time and time again – to recharge. But it is vital to effective ministry, whether at church, home, work, study or at play.
And so, without further ado, might I invite you to go to a lonely place of prayer. Nothing fancy, just you and God.
