Who doesn’t love a good gift? And what of a gift without strings attached? Few persons desire to give a gift and see it ignored. Is that what we do?
Here’s today’s Holy Nougat™
As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 1 Peter 4:10 KJV
Having called us into this wonderful life of Faith, God provides spiritual gifts to help us to grow in our faith, and assist in the strengthening of the church. Upon acceptance of Christ in our lives, we are each accorded (a) spiritual gift/(s). This gift is stored up until the awakening of the Holy Spirit’s presence in our lives. [Sometimes referred to as the Baptism of the Holy Spirit]
Do you KNOW what your spiritual gift is? Are you ministering in it? Do you understand the gift with which God has blessed you?
If your response to any of these is ‘NO’; then it’s time to pray. For I am wholly confident that OUR God, The One who has so blessed us in addition to all else we’ve been gifted with, is more than happy to unfold the layers so that the beauty of the Holy Spirit may be manifest in our lives.
