God is good; all the time! And all the time, God is good; for that’s God’s nature – wow!
Years ago I learnt that extra bit on the affirmation from our Kenyan sisters and brothers. A beautiful saying if there ever was one about God and God’s God-ness. But what’s even more beautiful is the ability to say it from the heart. Something to consider as we savour today’s Holy Nougat
May all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you! May those who love your salvation say evermore, ” God is great!” Psalm 70:4 ESV
If God is good all the time; rejoicing in God should come easily for all God followers. Unfortunately, it is so easy for us to become sidetracked and distracted by our individual, collective and even personal cares. For in the moments of distress when there seems to be no tangible proof of God being good (and thus working things in OUR favour); remembering Who God is and praising nevertheless becomes more of a burden than a divine gift.
Today I invite us to consider praising in all situations thks defeating our worries through our treatise and positivity. For those who are still in Praise Central, may our lives, attitudes and words reflect to everyone how great our God is.
