Here’s today’s Holy Nougat
“And many followed him. “John didn’t perform miraculous signs,” they remarked to one another, “but everything he said about this man has come true.”” John 10:41 NLT
Interesting.
John’s testimony of Jesus not only Proved true, but also reduced his follower-ship. John’s approach is a reminder to us that a) not everyone will enjoy our style of sharing God’s Word, but our ministry needs to please God first and foremost. It is to God that we are accountable.
b) John understood that when it’s about God’s misiion; we MUST lose prominence and allow the glory to go to God.
Where does this leave us? Being confident that God’s plan for each of us requires some faith input from us; and that our actions reflect God to others.
