How are you? So what do you do when no matter what, your life doesn’t get aligned to your goals/dreams? You might find yourself doing a study on the life of other saints who have traversed the path before you. People like Esther, Naomi, Ruth, Job or even Joseph. In today’s Holy Nougat™ we seek to identify lessons from the life of Joseph.
Until the time came to fulfill his dreams, the Lord tested Joseph’s character. Psalms 105:19 NLT
So between Promise and Fulfillment, there is scope for Times of Testing. The thing is, testing serves to show us what’s on the inside. Sometimes it’s really easy to maintain to performance under pressure – Great! That certainly pleases God. When we reflect unwholesome behaviors, we disappoint God. An apology and change of behavior moves us closer toward the Promise and Fulfillment.
So, when we find ourselves facing Seasons of Testing, perhaps it’s the prequel to our breakthrough. Hallelujah anyhow!
