Nougat 14

Have you ever had an experience that you wish would never end? I have said that, but I’m not sure if I meant it. Today’s Holy Nougat however, is my heart’s desire.

“Yes, goodness and faithful love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the LORD’s house as long as I live.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭6‬ ‭CEB‬‬

Unto Perpetuity

Forever and ever, I want to be in Your Presence dear God, filled with awe and wonder at Your glory. I am so glad that I don’t have to wait until death, but I can already be in Your House.

So tabernacle anew with me Jesus, as I seek Your face. Yes, YHWH, Your face I will seek. In the morning, at noontime, in the evening, at all times, I carry You in my heart, inviting You in every aspect of my life. Guide my thoughts so I am fully present with you and not going off on mental journeys while in Your Presence.

I admit Elohim, sometimes it’s hard to imagine being solely in Your Presence after death, forever. Nevertheless, I don’t want to find out what the alternative would be. For I don’t want to contemplate life forever without You. So teach me how to live in the now, so that I am truly perpetually in Your presence. Like Brother Lawrence, who believed that the least and lowliest activity was a sacrifice to You and an opportunity to practice being in Your Presence. Great or small, may my every thought and action reflect my awareness of being in Your Presence.

So have Your way, and be glorified in all aspects I pray in Jesus name amen
