In the face of the current news, we are often tempted to lose hope. Today’s Holy Nougat™ offers an antidote.
With this news, strengthen those who have tired hands, and encourage those who have weak knees. Isaiah 35:3 NLT
Have you been encouraged by God’s assurance of coverage? The blessed assurance that no matter what’s going on in our current situation, God’s got you, and got it covered? And did you believe the promise? What are you waiting for, let’s get the praise party going!!!!
Furthermore, I urge us to read the signs all around us. They point to God’s imminent glory, and so are cause for celebration. In that celebrating, we’ve been mandated by God to encourage those who are weak. Thus, while we celebrate, it is incumbent upon us to seek opportunities for sharing the hope found in God.
What are some elements of the hope?
God is with us
God won’t leave or forsake us
God has blessed each of us with the Comforter,
God had already overcome the troubles we face today, so together we’ve got this made; especially when it seems otherwise
So when we’re faced with False Evidence Appearing Real (FEAR), let’s go forward in praise mode with FAITH: Forsaking All I Trust Him (See how personal it is?).
