Nougat 12

My sincere apologies to those who didn’t receive the reflection on today’s Holy Nougat yesterday. Please now receive today’s Holy Nougat for January 12, 2022.

“I do not call you servants any longer, because the servant does not know what the master is doing; but I have called you friends, because I have made known to you everything that I have heard from my Father.” ‭‭John‬ ‭15:15‬ ‭NRSV‬‬

Jesus Christ calls us friends; His Friends

We have access to supernatural wisdom and knowledge

Let’s think about our status as Jesus’ friend. What does it mean for us personally? How much do we value the friendship? Are others welcome to share in the friendship; or does our action discourage others? Is there room for strengthening our relationship?

So many people would give many things to access the knowledge available to us in Christ. The problem is: many of us desire the end product; but are not willing to receive the FREE gift that comes with it. And, contrary to astrology and some of the theology out there, this knowledge is rooted our relationship with Jesus.

Should strengthening our relationship with Jesus and tapping into the treasure trove of divine wisdom and knowledge be a greater priority in 2022?!

It’s not too late.
