Even if we are not what/who we think Jesus would wish to have feasting at the table, there’s room at the table for each of us … if we wish to.
You see, an invite was sent. With RSVPs. And, because of Christ is our benefactor, we each qualify to attend … that is, if we wish to.
The Host has prepared a lavish spread. More than we could ever ask, hope for, or imagine. The table is set. The Feast is ready. Come … if we wish to.
Hope – believing in the impossible with the expectation that it will become reality.
So He asks is that we believe.
