What happens to you when you find yourself in God’s presence?

As Jesus said “ I AM He,” they all drew back and fell to the ground! John 18:6 NLT
Just by acknowledging himself as I AM, the power of the Living God emanates from Jesus and releases the Shekinah anointing, placing those soldiers on their knees. That really should have given them a check in their spirits, but then Scripture had to be fulfilled (weren’t there other persons for that job?), right?
Right.
Would that the wrongs I committed against God didn’t fulfill Scripture or something. Couldn’t my nature just acknowledge The I AM without going ahead with the wrongs? Help Lord, help a frail and sinful soul so that I might indeed become your righteousness in God’s presence.
Maybe when we hear that little voice saying no … It could be our spirit acknowledging God’s presence. Let’s stop and examine WHO is speaking…
